We work with 0 to 1 innovators, start-ups, entrepreneurs and Small and Medium Business (SMB) owners to measure and analyze business performance based on data and the Balanced Scorecard KPIs, and use these to inform strategy.

We help clients make data based decisions, by extracting hidden insights from their business and technical data using suitable statistical and machine learning tools. Insights which can be used as leading inputs into strategy formulation.

We help new entrepreneurs / innovators understand the discovery through scaling pathway and the many variables that drive value, when bringing new innovations / ideas to market.


On a side-note, for those interested, here is some information on our ongoing deep-tech entrepreneurial project on cellulose valorization. We currently are looking for experienced collaborators that will help us better vet our initial technical and business models, and then help us build further.
